Question 1

What languages can your AI toys and companion app support?

Accepted Answer

English is the default. Our current Tuya-based configuration supports 66 languages that can be enabled during OEM setup, including German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Thai, Vietnamese and Hindi.

Question 2

Do you sell to consumers or businesses?

Accepted Answer

We are B2B only. We work with importers, brand owners, wholesalers, distributors, retail chains and established online sellers that need stable supply, customization and compliance support.

Question 3

Can you provide lithium battery shipping documents for air and sea freight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prepare the UN 38.3 test summary, MSDS/SDS and related transport paperwork that forwarders and airlines require for lithium-battery products.

Question 4

What is the production lead time for AI toys?

Accepted Answer

Standard MOQ orders typically ship 15–20 days after sample approval. Custom samples take 25–30 days, and projects with a new face or LED screen mold take about 40–50 days.

Question 5

Will you sign an NDA to protect my design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign NDAs on request and never share your artwork or sell your OEM products to other clients.

Question 6

Can I get samples and how long do they take?

Accepted Answer

Existing samples are available at a discounted cost and arrive in about 5–8 days by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT. Custom-design samples take 25–30 days. Sample fees are refundable once order quantity reaches the agreed level.

Question 7

Which parts of an AI toy can be customized for OEM?

Accepted Answer

Logo printing or laser marking, colors and shell texture, plush shell, face or LED screen structure, voice prompts and content packs, retail packaging, manuals, barcodes, SKU labels and serial number rules.

Question 8

What file formats do you need for my own design?

Accepted Answer

JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are all accepted. Our engineers convert them into 3D drawings for molds or printing screens for your final approval.

Question 9

Can your AI toy app integrate with our own platform?

Accepted Answer

Our solution is based on the Tuya OEM App template. Integration is possible through Tuya OpenAPI/SDK via Tuya cloud. Advanced requirements such as proprietary backends or custom device lifecycles require a custom development evaluation that affects MOQ, timeline and budget.
